having a problem with the front brake on a 1986 kawa ninja 600. it really grabs hard. sqeezing the lever ever so gently, approx. one half inch it grabs the rooter in a death hold and locks the tire into a skid. any comments or suggestions. thank you in advance.
the brake fluid level is fine.

Any repairs, adjustments made recently? Think about why it would suddenly do this mechanically and maybe look at each part of the process to see if something is stickng.

This is dangerous, you may wanna take to to a professional.

the front brake was like that when i bought it of the former owner. as i see nothing is cathing or binding. the brake cable has no slack what so ever. will take apart soon to see if there is something i missed
