SBJ meets SBJ. Mixed together in equal parts.
Where's T. hiding tonight? He must have found a hot server who wanted to see his new house....
On a job since Tuesday.
Tomorrow is the final day to finish up and start-up is at 5:00 AM Monday.
Laying low tonight with a couple beers and a few shots.
Well, at least you won't catch an STD. Too bad you didn't get the opportunity, though. (I get where you're at, have spent many weekends of my life making something work for someone else.)
Peanut Butter Porter, 5.7%
Same brewery that makes the Neapolitan Stout.
Excellent little PB porter. On par with SBJ!
Prop Day 2019!
Every 2019 Bourbon County on tap!
You are one lucky bastage. How many varieties this year?
That glass is the size of a thimble.'08.
I’ve been wanting to try these 2 for some time now. I haven’t got into the CBS yet but the Sour Wench is pretty tasty.
T: Congrats on the move in and breezing through the closing. Very nice place you have there.
Nice purchase, Maine! I hope you like the CBS. I haven’t had BP Sour Wench, but something tells me I would like it.
I don’t know about you, but 1 liter of 15% beer might be too much for most people.
If you like wine at all, you’ll like it.
I personally don’t drink it but the flavors work with this.
Also I read some pages back that you were a BMX guy. I used to race in the 90’s. I’m building this frame up over the winter. It’s was made in 2013 for the 2014 DiamondBack racing team, the problem is they cancelled their team in 2013 and these were liquidated to dealers. I got this one brand new on eBay for $100.
Forgot I had this guy hiding in the back of the fridge
Haven't had one in a long time.
This is another one on my short list. I know a place that sells it but it’s a pita to get to with all the traffic. Enjoy it!
Well I tied something today that is sort of beer related and new to me.
Think of it like hop flavored seltzer. They boil the water, cool it down a bit and steep the hops for about 20 mins then carbonate. You get more of the bittering character than the aromatics in this stuff. It's so dry it makes you thirsty drinking it. If I didn't know better I would have said its a grapefruit seltzer. I will pass on this in the future.
I raced from 1979 through 1983. Started with a Mongoose, then graduated to a Kuwahara. I had always wanted a Diamondback, but got out of it before I could get one. That’ll be a nice build with that frame you have.
