OK, I got some. Looking for suggestions before I just saute them in olive oil or butter with soy sauce. I have never had fresh ones before so I am open to ideas :)

*edited because sh!take is caught by the word filter

I'd probably wanna turn them into a Risotto with some Arborio rice and a flavorful chicken
    broth made using them too...

    Diced, minced, and Julienned...

Grated Parmesan, butter, (maybe a little half & half) and chopped Italian parsley,
    folded in at the end...

Mushroom Risotto is so damn good...

Sautéing them in butter, then adding a lil' chicken broth and some Dry Marsala wine
    (to taste) is killer too...

Poured over a peppery grilled steak, Garlic toast, or chicken breasts...

Be sure to trim off all of the stims. Unlike other mushrooms, the stim of a ****ake is hard and not edible. Otherwise, they are great.

We are having them tonight. Gonna start cooking soon as everybody is home.

Risotto. Beef tips and mushrooms. YUMMMMM!!!

    :)

I thought about skewering them, brushing with olive oil and grilling but the storms moving in ruled that out. We have gas so if I loose power, I can still cook with the stove top.

    slice length ways.

Fry in butter with a slice of lemon.

    Serve with steak or chicken.
