Surprised. I thought if that was his intent he would have done it long ago...like when he was sentenced to life without parole.
I hope some of the millions he made gets to his young daughter and allows her to pursue an education and break the cycle.

I'm actually very surprised. I thought there was some chance he got a new trial in his murder conviction because of the recent acquittal. There seemed to be some grounds for a retrial.

Being in corrections, what will happen next is that his family will sue Mass. DOC for failing to protect him from committing suicide.
