    I have been inside since 7am, curious if any NC'rs have been out and seen any "no guns allowed" posted at any restaurants/bars

    Not yet. I don't think you will see too many unless the open-carry-prove-a-point folks start.

    I do not think you will see too much change now that the laws are changing for the better here. I am in Winston Salem and work in Lexington. I have not seen any signs go up as a change to the new laws. If you do see changes I would say that it would happen inside the city limits of larger cities like Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston, Asheville. So far that has not happened. I know that Starbucks has changed their tune about carrying guns into their stores but I do not think they have actually posted any signs. I think it was posted for political reasons.

    Certain parts of NC are VERY liberal,the town I work in is one.'08.

    Agreed. Chapel Hill is like the most liberal city in the state.
