A lot of Rolling Stones fans look like that, too.
The British seem to have an unmatched capacity to do drugs.................but it does come at a price.
Warning some bad language
Our very own @Just Glocks said he can play better than Keith Richards!
One of my favorite music videos of all time:
The song, the tone, the cinematography... timeless.
One of my favorite Stones stories:
Charlie Watts (drummer) wasn’t as much of a party animal as his bandmates. One time at a hotel, Mick calls up to his room at like 2 am drunk as a skunk, carrying on about “where’s my drummer?! Get down here!”
Charlie hangs up, and calmly gets up. He shaves, gets properly immaculately dressed (he was and is a very sharp dresser, @PBCounty) and goes downstairs. He approaches Mick and just starts punching him in the face a la Joe Pesci in Casino, all the while yelling “YOUR drummer?? I’m not your fookin’ drummer, YOU’RE my bloody singer!!!”
Mick Jagger is a great-grandfather. Only one of my great-grandparents survived until I was born and she didn't look any better than that.
Of course those songs about 15-year-old girls (She's So Young, Stray Cat Blues, etc.) sound a lot creepier now.
Exactly. They’re pushing 80. What are they supposed to look like?
RGB would fit right in with The Stones
Rolling Stones 1969: scares adults.
Rolling Stones 2019: scares children. HH
FAKE NEWS --photo shopped. They don't look that bad. Here's a picture taken in 2017
Unlimited sex, sexual perversions and swimming pools full of drugs were veddy veddy good for dem.
They look a lot better in your picture than this one. Lighting and makeup? What say you, Hannie?
Well not too many people look good after 60, except those that maybe got their Botox or plastic surgery of some sort. I only hope my vision, hearing, and mobility hold out. No glasses or contacts yet nor hearing aids either. No canes, and I still ride a bike a few times a week. I'm very lucky to be alive in the first place(Thank you Lord) and am so very thankful I can see quite well, and considering my stint in Vietnam I'm very thankful to still hear well in both ears. I think the Stones are doing pretty darn good, and Mick has been a freakin' health nut for at least a decade probably a lot longer. Most here over 60 couldn't hang with Mick for 2 hours plus on stage, I know I couldn't. Later.
Knock 'em for aging but Gimme Shelter was the best rock song ever done.
