What do you like with to eat Prosciutto di Parma with?

I have at it with the following Produce:

strawberries wrapped with Prosciutto di Parma

Cantaloupe wrapped with Prosciutto di Parma

Honeydew wrapped with Prosciutto di Parma

Pink Lady Apples wrapped with Prosciutto di Parma

On a Sub: Try 1/3 lb boiled ham, 1/3 of Prosciutto di Parma, with heavy Mayonnaise, Provolone. That's it.

I like a simple sandwich that is just the Prosciutto, and fresh Mozzerella. Also, it is good on bruschetta. Wrapped around asparagus and grilled is awesome. Plus all by itself.

I go to a place that bakes a blank pizza shell and then tops it with micro greens, tons of prosciutto di parma, grated cheese and balsamic vinegar.

    Heaven

    Asparagus wrapped with it.
Fig halves topped with goat cheese, a basil leaf and basil oil, wrapped in it.
Pizza topped with arugula, figs, fresh mozz, & prosciutto.
    Many more.
I buy a whole one yearly.

Instead on mayo, I substitute it with sundried tomatoes soaked in olive oil (olive oil liberally applied). Chopped fresh garlic. Mazzarella instead of provolone.

+1. Next week for me. Peter Luger's this week :)

The folks at Peter Luger would frown upon me bringing in outside food. But the stuff diced up in creamed spinach is good.
