On microsoft word, I am able to change the font size from 1 to 1638 by going under format>font>size. now why do you need size 1638 font.

well if font one is 1/72" and font 72 is 1" that means a capital letter in 1638 is 22.75"

I just guessing, but I believe you may need a bigger printer and a few(50 or so) extra ink cartriges.

Larger paper might be a plus too!

BAN LARGE CAPACITY ASSAULT STYLE FONT SIZE!

FOR THE CHILDREN! THEY MIGHT READ A BAD WORD!

NO ONE NEEDS ASSAULT LETTERING TO SEND A BIRTHDAY CARD TO GRANDMA!

    I feel cleansed.
