First, I had never held one or seen one in person until today.

Wow! What a sweet little pistol. Felt great in my hands with all three mags. I ASSumed it was mostly over-rated because it's a 10 rd. 9mm Sig. Well, it would be a nice gun with any name on it and in any caliber. I'd like to see the XL before I buy one or the other. Probably within a week I'll be a 365 owner.

Kinda like you, I got to spend a little time with a P365 and ended up buying one that day:D

The stock grip length of the XL is the same as the 365 with the 12 round extended mag.

There have been a few mods to the gun since it first came out. Do a search for the manufacture date to buy on or after. I think it was around October 2018.

There have been a few complaints about the sights being dim on some. If you're buying retail, you might ask to see 2 or 3 and then select the one with the brightest sights.

    Enjoy!

Feels like a toy when dry firing but works well at the range, worlds shortest review!

I bought a P365 three months ago. Works great for me.

I’ve had one for a year and a half and I STILL look at it and marvel at how they were able to get 11 rounds of 9mm in such a tiny very shootable gun. It’s been my EDC for over a year now and will not be leaving my holster or pocket any time soon.

OP - I've had mine for exactly six days now; shot it once, and just got a pair of 12-round mags and one 15-rounder from Osage County Guns (about $35 each with free shipping). I've had one range session and was hitting consistently low … apparently a newly developed flinch since my last outing in March with one of my Glock 43s (soon to be sold, I hope).

Great gun though and I'm heading to the range at least once more before shooting my 365 in an IDPA match, SSP division.

Handled one the other day. It had a spongy trigger that reminded me of a P290 that I once had, I sold it. I choose a G43 instead. Wish you luck with yours.

The term 'game changer' has been justifiably applied to the P365. Good enough to get me to change my off-duty weapon from the Glock 26 to the Sig P365.

There are no "game changing" handguns. Just handgun owners going into overtime.

It's a game changer for a particular person if it changes their game.

For sure, and the 365 is just that.

Always fascinating to see someone complain about a trigger and then choose a Glock
