Is there such a thing as a deputy cub scout?
Sent from my Federation issued communicator.
So as not to continue derailing this thread more than I already have. I started a thread in the lounge http://www.glocktalk.com/forums/showthread.php?p=19637583
Funny thread....this guy's MO (tantrix) is eerily similar to an individual on another Glock board who was pretending to be LE. He provided bogus Duracoating and polishing services and subsequently destroyed a lot of members weapons. Needless to say, the guy was not LE by any stretch of the imagination. As it turns out he is a criminal wanted for establishing internet shams (computer parts, car parts, Glock polishing/Duracoating, etc...). He originated out of MO but has been linked to FL. His girlfried supposedly works for the MO Dept of Corrections and he took a lot of pics wearing her gear to give the impression he was LE.
Steven Billington....is that you? I've been reading a lot of your replies and it sure as hell sounds like you.
Google "Glock Steven Billington" and enjoy the read. Good stuff with pics are later in the thread....along with a Mug shot.
If I was a Fed I wouldn't want anyone to know either.
So be like 918 V that used to post here he claimed to be a cop technically he was a certified peace officer but he never really worked the Streets. He does not post here anymore.

In the Dc metro area there are more than 100 law enforcement agencies. There are even "water police" from water agencies. The water police even have guns and cars that say "police" on them. So if that is combined with what has been stated above I think the chances of someone being some sort of leo are quite high.
Well there's the Junior Cub Scouts, I think they're called Webelos
Could this be his badge?
There are a few places up here in WI that have a Constable position. It's just an honorary title, not a sworn position.
Hearing the word constable always reminds me of the live version of this:
Constable Parrot ate one of those!
At my first department, we were sworn in the City, and also as a county Special Deputy, which gave us authority outside the city. [We had facilities all over God's Creation]
In some places, "Special Deputy" is what they do for Private Investigators.
Still other places, it is merely an honorary thing.
So, it really depends on where you are.
Tantrix - Anything to say about MMA? What made you drop off...
Here's a good one from 11-14-2012 on another thread:
Ex-Fed, but now I say Fed-Ex, because it sounds better.
I was thinking more like "Lapsed Fed".
Series 1811 is a professional. That makes him a prolapsed Fed.
Bump before I go home in couple hours...keep this going, it's been a slow day.
Been meaning to post this, but got busy:
That was my brother posting under my name, because he's unable to use the internet on his own. (in reference to the divorced daddy thread I found with his name on it)
And, these aren't my pants. This isn't my car, and I don't know who that girl is.
You must not read well...I specifically said he was living with me at the time.
