A student gave me her recipe this week so here it is: Carmelize some sugar in a nonstick pan. I think I used about a cup and a half. I decided that I didn't have enough and added more so I am not too sure how much I had at the end. No butter, just sugar (I was skeptical and suprised too). Spray a dish with PAM because I am afraid it might stick and ew, what a gooey mess that would be In blender mix: 4 eggs 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 can evaporated milk vanilla Pour into dish. Place dish inside a pan of water (water bath? I forget what this is called...) Bake at 350 about an hour. *I used butter-nut flavor since I was out of vanilla (I realized it when I went to add it) and it was yummy too!
