Technically we could buy lemon pepper and separate the colors. That would open a fifth spot again. I’d add garlic powder as well. Are we related?

Cumin is good in so many things, I use it for everything. It's the main ingredient for Chili.

I don't use much salt or pepper but I do like the Cavenders Greek seasoning that has a lot of salt and pepper in it. I also like Sage, Oregono, basil, and Cayanne Pepper. fresh Tarragon really goes good with chicken. I don't know if I consider garlic seasoning or a food but I like it fresh rather than dehydrated. I can never eat Pizza without garlic as a topping.

I also like curry and a Chinese spice mixture called 5 spices but it needs to be used only in small quantities. Five Spice Powder is a blend of cinnamon, cloves, fennel, star anise, and Szechwan peppercorns. Some recipes also contain ginger and nutmeg.

My sister and I occasionally would cook together, and we'd ALWAYS say "You can NEVER have too much garlic"!!

Cavenders Greek Seasoning is a favorite of mine. Very versatile. Couldn’t live without it.

    Cavenders
    Salt
    Pepper
    Cumin
    Chinese five spice

No can do with only five. I use fresh whenever possible (garlic, onions, ginger, herbs) but still need red pepper flakes, dry mustard, horseradish (and wasabi), nanami togarashi, black pepper, cumin, Thai curry paste, srirracha, and on and on. Black pepper and all dried herbs have to be ground as used.
