Fist Customer Service

    This forum is the place to let others know about a good deal you just found..... share experiences with online companies, etc.

    I have an experience to share that I still find unbelievable, but it is true.

    After owning a FIST holster for several years, it and I wound up in hot water (hot tub) during an altercation. I carry a Taurus 606 in a Fist #21A in the small of my back. The holster performed flawlessly even though it was soaked and steaming. After the fun was over, I cleaned the gun and left the holster to dry. The next day, it was SHRUNK way small and STUNK really bad. I sent it back to Fist. They have a little waiting list, but in less than two weeks I received a brand new holster FREE OF CHARGE!!! This is a good deal in my book. Excellent customer service. You can find them at www.fist-inc.com

    Hmmm. I had a ver negative experience with the owner Jim Murnak just a few weeks ago. Maybe he learned something about customer service from all the angry internet posters who vowed to never deal with his company after reading my troubles.

    No, he never did reimburse me for the shipping, despite his repeted claims that he would in that thread...;Q Still waiting for that check Jim.
