I picked up a fishy Kenko converter lens off eBay this week. It is a lens that attaches to your lens. So far, I have tried it on the Nifty Fifty.

It is somewhat of a zoom as it goes from 30-200 (I think it is and am too lazy to go look at the moment). F/stops go from 3.5 to ninety-something!!!

So far, I have just set the Nifty Fifty to 1.8 and tried figuring out the fishie. With adapters and step up/step down rings it will fit on almost all of my lenses.

All in all, I am tickled pink considering I payed $34 for it shipped, then $1.95 for a step down ring to use it

I decided to go this route for a several reasons: ability to use it on multiple bodies and with various focal lengths if I want. Much cheaper than the 8mm Peleng I want. If I am not happy with it, I can roll it back off on eBay and make a profit easily (I have been bidding on these for over six months and I do not know how I lucked up and got it for $34 as most times bids are well over $80!)
