I've got my MSF class next week I cant wait to start riding.
Cool. You may want to use the optional rental bikes for the class. You'd hate to wad that shiny bike practicing emergency stopping drills. Also, don't assume that the class makes you invincible. It takes a lot of hours in traffic to condition your panic reactions into something maneagable.
The biggest thing to learn for street riding is WATCH EVERYBODY. Do not assume anything. If you think that everyone is out to get you, then you will be better prepared for those morons with their head up their ass. Sometimes I think the lack of two extra wheels makes you invisible to some drivers.
I will and have plenty of parking lot practice scheduled before I hit the road.
Have fun, ride safe and ride hard!!!
