The first one is our Senegal Parrot that lives in our bedroom. Then you go upstairs and the 5 finches are the first ones to see you so they start up. The finches wake up the 5 cockatiels and they start chirping away. Then when you walk into the bathroom and turn on the light this wakes up the 3 button quail. During all this the blue and gold macaw starts talking to you. That is what we wake up to every morning.

If it has just rained, the robins do.

Usually though, it is a mockingbird or a bluebird. When I get to my parent's house every morning, they have a wren that is usually making some sort of noise.

Now that fall is upon us and winter is coming, the cardinals will be out in full force under their pine trees. It isn't unusual for me to see 7 or 8 of them eating in the back yard.
