I got my very first glock today... glock 17 generation 4

Ive put 50 rounds of tulammo through it so far with no problems. Im waiting on my case of 9mm from cheaperthandirt so i can really see how it does.....

The 17 is perfect. Huge, proud, with too many rounds standard but a true perfect thing. My recently-acquired ex-DC cop Gen 1 17 is 25 years old and still shoots reliable and true. I guess polymer works, eh? Congrats. And run anything and everything through it as long as it has a jacket.

Love my Gen 3 G-17, I did some very minor contour changes, Added TruGlo TFO Trtium Fiber sights to it, got a Comptac MTac Minotaur holster, and it make a great EDC for me
even on bike rides, and nature walks.

I've added a V3 race connector,competition spring kit(Wolffe) and did a .25 trigger job.
