Hey GT, So about two weeks ago I went and evaluated the usual polymer suspects when looking for my first handgun. Namely, the M&P 9mm service, XD9, and the Glock 19. I'll be honest when I say that I wanted to get the XD, but I really didn't care for the grip. The M&P was alright. But the Glock 19 fit like a glove for me and pointed naturally. I rented both the 19 and the M&P and the 19 won hands down. I've been looking since then for a good deal on a Glock 19. Just paid for one today. It is a used gen 3 19 with 1k rounds through it including all accessories below. Trijicon Night Sights - bought and installed this year Glock Light 3 15rd Glock Mags Extended Slide Release 3.5lb Trigger Don Hume IWB Holster Original Case, manual, speed loader, original parts, etc Total cost - $475 shipped I think I got a pretty good deal considering I wanted Trijicons, slide release, and a Don Hume. Gun looks to be well taken care of and the seller has a great reputation. We'll see when it arrives at my FFL later this week. Looking forward to getting involved in GSSF! Thanks for all the great info here on GT.
