Thank you Okie! I hope your New Year is off to a great start!
Someone who spoke with Alex Zimmerman told me today that this is in fact the first Stainless GC CCO. I'm pretty damn happy about that. I have a thing for stainless guns. I'm hoping this is the nicest gun that I own. It's a little different from my Winchester Model 67 collection.
Just waiting to hear regarding shipping confirmation.
My initial intent was to carry it and to shoot the hell out of it. Kinda thinking I might need two, or just keep on carrying the Glock.
Hey! Just because I asked you to use my username does not mean that you can take my hug away! Okie you are the kindest person on GT, now get your behind back here and give me a
Yes Ma'am I give you one and here's another
I think that you need an M1911 chambered in a proper caliber: .38 Super.
I agree and I might even have of an idea of what it is going to be
That said, I went to my local gun shop a little bit ago to pick this one up.
We all salivated all over it and of course dry fired a few times to feel the trigger.
The trigger on this gun is a whole new experience for me. I own a few nice guns but haven't felt anything like it.
The machining is unmatched. I haven't ever seen a better slide to frame fit or smooth action pulling the slide back.
AND THEN I WAS DELAYED Leaving it there felt like I was walking away from my first born.
Maybe if I go take my boots and my gun off they will call me!
I hate to about the delay, but, and I'm going to tell you about the GCNN CCO...I told you so. It's a bad monkey aint it? Sweet trigger. Makes that Pro feel like junk huh?
It raises the bar. I don't own ANYTHING that feels like this.
My previous best trigger was done by Novak. This is better.
I may have some guns for sale pretty soon.
HATING that I passed on a SW952. I knew I was drawn to it, but didn't know enough to make the purchase.
Finally able to bring it home today. It is everything that a 1911 should and shouldn't be. I was especially happy to find a GI set up inside. Nothing 'funny' going on. The craftsmanship is unmatched. I don't think I could be any happier. I put 50 rounds through it.
And am shooting twice tomorrow. Is is soft for a CCO. I think after a few more rounds and my Brommeland Holster arrives, the Beretta's and the Glocks will be taking a nap.
I love the clean simple functionality of this gun.
Congrats! Looks great!
One of the Three Amigos! :biggrin1:
Guncrafter Industries stainless steel No Name 45
Congrats Greg! Well, what do you think about it?
Started a new Guncrafter Industries thread,.......
Sawgrass,.......how 'bout posting those target pics with the CCO?
Do you mean here or TOS?
Post them here.........
That's great, SG.
I'm glad you like it.
I don't own anything else this perfect. I didn't expect this at 30' out of a shorter barrel.
Gdarn fine shooting with a CCO!
