I am looking for a couple of uncommon guns:

Cobray LHC in .45/70, .45LC or .410 shotgun. This is a gun that appears almost identical to the Street Sweeper, but is (a) chambered in a pistol caliber, and (b) doesn't have a folding stock or forehand grip.

EAA ATIS-12. This is a magazine-fed, 12-gauge shotgun by EAA.

Savage 110FP in .308. This will have a bolt marked "Tactical".

If you can find any for me, I'll pay you a finders fee of $50 if I purchase the gun. For example, if the seller is asking a ridiculously high price and I don't buy it, then sorry, no payout.

    Thanks,

    Rob V.

I thought I saw a Cobray LHC in 45-70 at your table at the last Vegas show? Maybe something similar. I was actually digging in my wallet for your card until I realized it was you that wanted it! LOL :animlol:

When was the Cobray originally made?

I've never heard of it, sounds interesting.

ETA - I don't think you'll find a 110fp in .308, I thought the 110 was a long action for magnum calibers and the 10fp was the short action.

There are plenty of 10fp .308 rifles around on www.gunsamerica.com and www.gunbroker.com

I don't know much about the history of the Cobray LHC, but it was originally marketed as the Ladies Home Companion. Without being sexist, I don't know alot of women who go around shooting .45/70, especially out of a revolving-drum pistol, so that might account for its lack of popularity.

As for the Savage 110FP in .308, it is a real existing product. It's notoriety in some sniper competitions has been quite impressive. There are some good write-ups on it (you can also Google: Savage 110FP .308) at SniperCentral.com, SnipersParadise.com, and SniperCountry.com.

Yup. I have the FP110 in .308 with a 4-14x Leupy. Only complaint is that none of them have the Accu-trigger.

Any chance that you wish to part with that foul-triggered piece of junk? If so, please send me a PM.

Nah. I was just posting to let everyone know they exist. I would just have to turn around and buy a new one. But, at least it would have an Accutrigger!

Gunman_23! I was the first one to mention it!!!! I get the $$$$$!

    Zoyter2,

If you have a change of heart, let me know. When I do get one in my hands, I can tell you the finished product is going to be put through some upgrades: 3rd Generation Night Vision Scope, Cryo-treated barrel, Choate Stock and Canjar Trigger Job.

Not looking for any $$$ just trying to help on the Savage.

They sell SAVAGE rifles and may be able to order if Whittakers doesn't have it, but Whittakers is your best bet.

Finally I swear I saw one in this store, but his site doesn't list Savage. I know they had a pallet of Stevens rifles in the store and I thought they were the same company. Bud's has Racks in the back and I thought I saw a few Bull Barrel Savages there.

Thank you for that lead. I went to the link, and saw the weapon. Then I wanted to find out more information about the seller, so I went to the home page and did a search. Complete airball on LHC, Cobray LHC, and 976609749. Am I doing something wrong? Has the auction expired?
