I've been wanting a Standard Manufacturing Single Action for a couple of years. One showed up at Bud's and I grabbed it. Definitely the prettiest and most precisely fit gun I've ever had.

Fit and finish are superb. I can detect no endshake and no rotational movement on the cylinder when locked up in any of the six chamber positions.

Headed out to shoot it for first time this afternoon. Very happy with it so far.

    Nice

Carry that baby around at a BBQ and see what kind of reaction you get. ;)

What's that string hanging off her frizzen? Hygene issues?

I'm off to the range with 50 rds of 255gr lead over a full charge of Trail Boss in new Starline brass.

The string is attached to the trigger guard, and keeps that leather doohickey on the frizzen, otherwise know as a hammer stall, from getting lost.

Nice Op. Beautiful American craftsmanship . I like how all the screw heads are timed .

Beautiful gun. I especailly like the color of the wood on the grips. I see that it's 45 Colt caliber. I like the 45 colt the best because the outside diameter of the barrel and the cylinder are the same but the holes in the chambers and the barrel are smaller in the 357's and it changes the balance of the gun somewhat.

I had an Uberti in 357 mag and I didn't like it as much as my brother's Cimarron in 45 colt or real Colt peacemaker's that I 've shot that were 45 Colt chambering
