Yeah definitely going to be my carry if this Border Patrol thing works out. Hopefully they'll let me carry what I want.

I went from a G23 to 19C. The recoil difference is awesome! This 19 barely moves! I shoot so much better!

Not to bust your chops, but if you go with BP you will be stuck with HK P2000 and I think the little brother P2000SK for off duty, both in 40S&W.

Yup, that's what they carry down here during my long chats with them while interuppting my stands. Colt AR's in the back and SG seat mounted.

Very nice pistol! I like the TruGlo sights, but am worried about visibility with the ported barrel.

How is that working out? So far so good? Forgive me, but I am just remembering all the soot and carbon I've cleaned from the front sight area on some of my pistols, and am not sure how the sight visibility is affected.

    Thanks!

He is a competitive shooter and I think he is the owner of the Glock Store. He does lots of videos for Glocks and products for Glocks.

Aww darn. I had a feeling that would be the case since my Father in Law is a Customs agent and carries the HK

Visibility not really a problem. Took it out to the range to break it in today(which it really needed). Slide did not lock back a couple times after empty, and a few failure to feeds. Also had an erratic ejection right behind my eye pro and stuck to my cheek. But after a few 100 rds. I was good to go. The front site does have a little wiggle to it after today, so I'm gonna bring it back to get tightened. I was actually a little surprised with how much was going wrong during the break in period. But knowing me it was probably user error.

Here's a couple range pics. first 30 rds give or take all at about 10 yds. 115 feds walmart brand.

Here a a pic after about 200 or so rounds

Nice shooting! I'm gonna bet that your issues are ammo related. I've had quite a few issues with Federal Champion 9MM.

Wow really? never had a problem using them with my old XDm, but that was a while ago. Maybe its that whole Walmart gets a different batch from federal thing I've been hearing about.

Quick pic of the old XDm(sale funded the g19) and my Caspian 1911

Try some Speer Lawman or S&B.
