Finally decided on a dillion 550b or maybe a 650 if I get really lucky.

I would like to find one used if I could but no luck so far.

Where did you buy your dillion ?

I bought my 650 from BrianEnos.com to take advantage of the free shipping. My other Dillon presses were purchased directly from Dillon.

Bought my 650 from Brian. Good guy to deal with and handled everything promptly.

I got my 550b from Brian. He is good to deal with and offered free shipping with large orders. As you probably know, his site is very informative when making a decision about which model to purchase.

Bought the 550 from Dillon. Sold it and bought the 650 from Dillon. Probably because either I did not now about Brian at the time or he wasn’t in the business yet, both times.

I bought mine from Dillon 20 years ago, if you can get free shipping go for it. If you can swing it get the 650. Even if you don't get all the bells and whistles.

Unless yo uhave a FFL, Dillon or Brian, free shipping. You rarely see them used for a decent price. There is a reason for that.

I got my 650 from Brian Enos. There are a few 550bs here for sale locally for $350 with one conversion. There is a 450 going too for $250 (one conversion) which I may just snag for a later date to load bulk .308 Winchester.

As with many others, I bought my 550 from Brian. The free shipping is great but he also offers other included services. He looks over ever order to make sure you're getting what you want and only what you want. I forget exactly what my mistake was but I included a second caliber and he saw that I was ordering more than I needed and saved me money. That's why I've made my later accessories purchases through him. Good guy and good service.

    Yes they do.

For an order over $400 is $24.99

Dillon charges shipping for the press. Brian doesn't, IIRC.

    I bought a 550 from Brian, then a 650.

Used Dillons can go for HIGH, and are rarer than hen's teeth.

Now I have an even bigger problem, is a 650 worth it over a 550? I have talked to several that started with a 550 and then later bought a 650.
    Thoughts?
