Finally, after 3 years, judgement in my favor.

    Inmate in Honor unit was upset because I issued him a failure to follow orders. He filed a lawsuit alleging racism and everything else under the sun. He screwed up and was transferred out of the Honor unit.

    Judge issued a Summery Judgement in my favor. I did everything by the book. I'll take the win.

    Not a C.O. now. Cancer interrupted my application process. I'll reapply in a few months after chemo. I'll be fine.

    I was also involved with one these for about 2 years and won. Folks don’t understand what that process robs you of and how it makes you feel.

    Good win! I just passed the "Can no longer be sued" mark after leaving the SO. Shocked that I made it given how many suits the county was facing when I left.
