Hey folks. Im thinking about buying one of these barrels from the Glock Doc:
    http://www.glock-doc.com/_wsn/page8.html

I know his customer service is A+ and have heard some good things on the barrels however I have not ever heard anything on the Glock 20 barrel. Hes got em for 79 dollars each in factory length, extended ported and extended threaded. I am thinking of either the factory length or extended ported. I dont know what the plus side would be for the ported. The barrel will only be used for target use.

I am mainly wanting to be able to load lead bullets to medium to full power loads and not have my brass end up with smiley's on them.

    Any help would be great.
    Thanks

I have a Federal .40 conversion barrel for my G20. It is the 5.3" ported model. It works flawlessly, never any malfunctions in about 400 rounds. I used to have a G22 but sold it after getting this barrel because the recoil is much less from the G20 and accuracy is better.

The website says the barrels cost $99, where did you get the $79 number?

The Federal and Olympic barrels have run around $89 for several years. Had both; they work for the price.
