What are your favorite un-"tacti-cool" clothes for CCing?

My vote is for Dickies short sleeve 'work shirts'. Long tail, thick heavy cotton/poly is somewhat stiff, doesn't print on anything.

They look good, and I can carry my G22 OWB, and it disappears.

Good choice^. Pretty much any aloha shirt with a wife beater underneath. No, I'm not very fashionable.

Fishing shirt, khaki shorts, and Birkenstocks.

The hippie sandals are comfortable and as much of a polar opposite of a waffle stomper as I can get. Since reading Sam's comments about being gray, I tend to avoid clothes that make me stand out.

For me it's oversize shirts picked up for 25 cents at garage sales, with the wife beater underneath. I'm both unfashionable and cheap!

If a particular shirt doesn't work out then it's a rag or oil change garment.

It's funny after reading Sam's article on being gray, I have started looking for CC everywhere I go, and it is surprising how NOT gray some people are.

I like the Dickies short sleeve button ups as well, but they are way too long, I have my wife hem them to the perfect length.

Umm, just normal cloths that fit normally. I've never felt the need to buy special or oversized clothes just to CCW.
The only people who I've ever seen that have to buy oversized clothes for carrying are either really skinny dudes or really fat ones. Most everyone else should be able to get by with wearing the right size clothing, with the exception of those who wish to carry IWB, when having pants/shorts a size big or two makes it more comfortable.

I wear a lot of Woolrich Elite, Eotac and Blackhawk. But only from the "discreet lines. The shirts look like a normal button down or polo, but are cut to conceal what's on your belt. The pants look like normal chino's or Dockers, yet the pockets carry a small gun and are much more comfortable.

The only thing I wear especially for concealed carry is Hawaiian shirts in the summer. They cover and the pattern breaks up printing to make it less noticeable.

I'm pretty sure paying extra for the ultra-tacticool companies' Chinese-made "discreet" tactical clothing is about as ninja-tacticool as it gets.

For an extreme non-mall ninja appearance I carry my P7 or G26 in a Wild Bills Covert Carry with my shirt tucked in nice and neat. The clip of the holster goes under the belt. The spare mag goes in the pocket.

I just buy my shirts at Walmart, Penny's, and the Goodwill Store.

Regards,
Happyguy :)
