I am having a ball at a Birthday Party and here is a pic of an
Excellent Tequila Corralejo Triple Distilled Reposado!!!

A very good pour. This IMO beats out Muchote, El Jimador,
And patron. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a
Good drink ( take it neat ) :).

The other drink is a nice Pennsylvania Dutch egg nog. Yum

So, lets see what everyone is drinking for the Holidays :)

I have 3 more parties to attend before thanksgiving

This is our 2nd bottle of Corralejo Triple Destilado. Reposado

    It's so Good- :)

    I make Glogg.
It's a Scandinavian powerhouse of a drink. It sneaks up on people like a ninja.
    1.5L of brandy
    1.5L of red wine
    1 L ruby port
    2 cups sugar
1/2 cup each raisins and blanched almonds
    2 cinnamon sticks
    1 tsp of cardamom pods

    Heat 3 cups of the brandy, and the sugar. Simmer until it gets thicker. Add everything else, heat until warm;
You can serve it now or stick it in a big covered jar or crock and heat to serve later. Keeps a long time.

I make a gingerbread martini for the ladies:

    3 parts Bailey's
    1 part milk
    1 part rum of choice
    1 part kahlua
4 shakes of Penzey's pumpkin spice
    whip cream optional

It's pretty much all booze but doesn't taste like it.

In these type of drinks, does the alcohol curdle or otherwise change the milk or cream?

I have not noticed it in the Egg Nog drink. It is very nice soft drink, you can taste the alcohol, but its not harsh or takes away
Any of the flavor of the egg nog.

    CHEERS!

Would you be pissed if I made a margarita with that tequila? I do love reposado margaritas.
