My most favorite is Sesame Chicken. M'm! I also like Pepper Steak, General Tso's Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and Hunan Pork, to name a few. In the fried rice area, make it pork or beef please. :)

My favorite: Pork Egg Foo Yung

But it has to be really fresh, and NOT at a buffet. I usually request the brown sauce. MMMM

    Rainbow Rice

It's a Ken Hom recipe that I make at home.

Lots of steamed rice, to that add a stir-fried mixture of diced red and yellow bell peppers, carrots, scallions, crushed garlic, green peas, sliced chinese sausages chinese dried mushrooms, cubed ham and a little lite (superior) soy sauce. Mix together and drizzle it with Sesame Oil....great stuff! And colorful as well...

American Chinese Food - It would be a toss up between Honey Chicken and Seafood Hot & Sour soup.

Real Chinese Food - Cant even pronounce it, but the fried and sauced chicken feet are awesome!
