foir you, maybe both describe the same gun. in my case it's two.

fav gun i've ever had is probably (tough to narrow to JUST one) a bulgarian kit build ak-74 with all the trimmings.

if however, for some reason i could only keep one gun to take into the future, it would have to be based on practicallity and flexibility, not 'cool factor' or other......therefore ar-15. i like my ar-15, but it's not an all time fav.....it's just a tool.

(apologies for 'git' in the title.....just a typo.)

Smith & Wesson 4506-1. I had the internals polished like glass (including trigger system), most exterior edges were lightly melted and MMC made me a set of adjustable tritium sights. Next I am think of refinishing the slide in a satin black. Beautiful gun and an amazing shooter.

Favorite?- Don't have a fave yet.

My favorite gun ever would be my 5" S&W 625. It was my first .45ACP revolver and got my obsession started.

The last gun I would ever sell would be my full custom bobtail commander.
This one was built from the ground up to my specs and is very personalized. Plus, I would never get back what it cost me .

I have a WWII Garand (Feb. 1941 production) that I will never part with.

If you like AR's an AK-74's you should check out the Alexander Arms Genghis which is an AR15 chambered in 5.45x39. Unfortunately they are not still producing the Ghengis, but I think they'll make one for you on special order. Or you can look for one on Gunbroker.com. Fun to shoot, cheap to shoot, and a deadly little round. Very nice.

    Favorite??

Too many to list. Each 'favorite' is a 'favorite' for a different reason.

I will never get rid of any of them.
