I've got a 2003 with the 5 lug pattern. The rims are 16" and I'd like to go to an 18" rim. I really like the factory rims and don't care for the aftermarket stuff. The problem is all of the factory 18s that I have found are 6 lug.

Does anybody know of a factory 18 on 5 lug or what kind of problem it would be to convert my truck to 6 lug without using spacers?

There is a 17 inch wheel in the 5 bolt pattern, but I have never seen a factory 18 inch wheel with a 5 lug pattern

This is my truck, well old truck as of Friday, with the 17s on it. Still a viable size for the truck, lots of tire options, and I think the wheels look better. That is shown with a 285/70R17, slightly bigger than the factory 265s.

I have a 07' f150 an it has 17'' rims, just get a good high profile tire. I got Wrangler SilentArmor on mine an I think this is the best way to go.

I found those wheels just after I posted and was in the process of saving the pic to my PB account to upload on here. They are 17s, but they are PERFECT! Now casino dollars to the first person to find some up for sale! EBAY doesn't have any.:steamed:

I need the rims, not the tires, but I got to have a 5 lug rim.

google is your friend...but if you haul heavy stuff in the bed...stay with what ya have, oversize wheels are not good, tires aren't much better, but i do have tires on my truck that are 4 times larger, but when you go to big wheels, rims...don't haul heavy stuff in the bed...good luck on your search

As said, they are going on an F150, so heavy hauling isn't an issue. But even for the hauling I do, an 18 isn't gonna be too big. But it looks like 18s are out of the question anyway since I'm only able to find 17s in a 5 lug. The tires going on it are Toyo Open Country M/T 33x11.5s. Not really too big of a tire and it works out for the best on my speedo. The correction is an even 10%. 50=55, 60=66, 70=77, etc. Plus they are a 10 ply tire, more than capable of handling more weight than my F150 will ever see.

You won't find Ford 18's with 5 bolts. Ain't gonna happen. Also 18" tires are way expensive. I'm wanting to go back to 17's myself. My 18" tires $200.00 plus. 17" tires...more brands available and much less than $200.00 per tire.

Tell ya what. If you'll contact him and see if he still has the rims, and if in fact he does, I'll actually send you a small finders fee.

Edit: I'm a little bored and felt like seeing who pays attention to detail. Let the fun begin.

    Hello,

If you go to http://car-part.com you will find 4 salvage yards in Florida that have at least a set of 4 rims each, as well as contact info for each yard.
