Returned earlier from the Glock facility in Smyrna GA. These guys provided excellent TLC to my G19 and G26. Can't say enough good about the good folk at Glock! A special "Thanks" to Scotty B......great job my brother!

I wish I'll have the opportunity to visit Glock HQ sometime in my life. Never been to the South.

The CS is just one of the things that make Glocks such good bargains.

If a private citizen drives up to the Glock facility in Smyrna, would they be allowed to bring their pistol in to have night sights mounted, etc.? Must one first call and get permission to bring in the pistol?

I had an "appointment" with a particular tech/armorer ,but people were walking in and get their Glocks serviced. Good Luck!

Excellent is right. I will continue to buy their products primarily because of how they treat their customers and stand behind their products.

They will service your Glock on a "Walk In" basis. But be sure to check the hours before you go. They take a lunch break for about an hour. If you are a LEO bring one of your agency shoulder patches or lapel pins for the technician that helps you - they appreciate it much.

As far as seeing the place. There is not much to see. No tours are offered and you are restricted to about a 12x12 foot waiting room while the Techs take your gun in the back to fix 'em.
