What kind of terminal ballistics do you get out of a 18" with .357?

The 357 can definitely take advantage of longer barrels. 18" is bordering on too long, but this 16.5" is about perfect to maximize velocity. You can push 2100fps with 125gr and 1700 with 158s.

I haven't had any luck finding a silencer that's magnum rated... granted i havent looked super hard.

Any 9mm can should work with 38s, but not the 357. At least from what I've read.

Liberty Mystic X. It's a 9mm can rated for magnums. Including 300 Winchester Magnum.

But velocities have to be below 1100 fps to be subsonic, Yes? No?
