Why are they wasting time on this? No crime was committed. We still don't know about what Dick Cheney and the GOP leaders did with the emails they deleted.... nobody seems to want to discuss that.

I wasn't aware that classified material could be stored in a bathroom closet.

And maybe you could Google "tu quoque" to discover the name of the logical fallacy you've used.

Now we know for sure she's innocent.
    LOL!

P.S. The only thing still unknown is how this IT staffer is going to die rather sooner than later.
Heart attack? Falling in front of a subway train? Drowning in the kitchen sink? Suicide with a .45 entry wound to the back of the head?

What makes you think "no crime was committed"? Every story I have seen from any source, even CNN and MSNBC, says it looks like crimes were committed. There is no such thing as a secretary of state who doesn't send or receive a single classified email. Heck, a sergeant in the Army couldn't legally conduct his days to day job using civilian email, without breaking the law.

I realize you are here to troll with your lefist nonsense, but at least make an argument.

We should not forget what brought this about.

Clinton attempt to skirt the FOIA law.
Bengahzi and the death of 4 Americans including Ambassador Stephens.
Subsequent cover-up in the mist of President Obama's re-election effort.
Destruction of evidence under Congressional subpoena.

Yeah - some laws have been broken.
In fact, the lack of the bathroom closet server security probably enabled the tracking of Ambassador Stevens and contributed directly to his death.

It is completely ridiculous that the DOJ is allowing, or allowed to let this go on this long without indicating her majesty.

She's a democrat. At this point, what difference does it make? Liberal hypocrisy shows no boundaries. She is scum just like her boss. Both are above the law.

This guy taking the fifth, in my mind, just seems to be worse than anything he could've actually said.

Democrats regularly trample the COTUS, but let them get in a legal bind, and they are quick to claim its (5th Amend.) protections.

I didn't realize the investigation was over. I must have missed that.

And I didn't realize Dick Cheney ran all his official emails through a private server like Hillary did. Oh wait, HE DIDN'T.

Bryan Pagliano, goes before Congress and the cameras to claim the 5th..... or will he since some are talking about giving him immunity to get him to talk and maybe not prosecute him for income tax evasion. But why should he pay income tax.... he is in DC and worked for the gov. and queen Hillary.
