so there's this guy who use to work at my job who was fired for a couple reasons.
A: he's a mixed black and white male who is racist against whites
B: he's a mixed black and white male who has hate against blacks that see whites as equal as blacks

i've been in a couple arguements with this guy myself and i'm african american/black whatever you wanna call it lol

he was finally fired for calling a buddy of mine a skinhead for having different views as him.
this ex-coworker was once on dr phil because he did not know he was black until he was 27:upeyes:......his mom told him he had a skin disorder.

the guy has been fired for now about 6 months and has been cought trying to get into our building, and opening random doors within the building.
police have been called and even went to his house.
he is not suppose to be within 100 ft of the building and still we have had 2 sightings in the past 2 weeks of this guy inside the building and directly outside.

the company now has a security gaurd downstairs whos job is to call the police if they see him enter, and is not allowed to stop this guy or give demands either

last night he was seen outside of the job and told a co-worker he was gonna get back at the company.

guns are not allowed on the job, regardless a cpl.

many people are afraid for there life at this point including the supervisor and manager.

i'm considering putting my life ahead of my job and freedom....... ayone have an opinion on this?

Shouldn't he be in jail for violating some sort of restraining order?

I assume your local PD has already issued a criminal trespass warning or your state equivalent. If not, get it done. Then he can at least get a trip to jail for being on the property. That is far from a perfect solution, but at least it's something.

yes! so why he is not in jail, i dont know.
police were called and by the time they got there he was gone. i dont know if they think were lying to put him in jail or what.
i'm assuming the managing staff are doing what they can, they are scared to death.
they even went to court with this guy after he was fired

I deep carry everyday at all my jobs regardless of company policy. It's not illegal and I can always find another job if by some miracle I got made.

It seems to me that you have enough reason to take precautions. It's too late when you snag a bullet or five.

I'd carry and just keep it well hidden. You can't go to work if you are dead right.

Your employer hired a full time guard because of one ex-employee? Man, it must be some rush to have that much power.

    Are you serious?

First off we can't really be telling you to break the law, but do you think this guy is going to come in to your work and start taking people out?

If it was me in your situation, I'd bring pepper spray into work keep the gun in the car, and just stay aware.

Really I'd hate to have to work at a place that dosn't allow CC, but I assume you want to stay at your job.

Of course if you CC correct no one will know and it may save your life. However I don't condone breaking rule relating to firearms.

    Tough call
