two cups of "melted ice cream"

You can microwave it if in a hurry or just let it sit out.

Mix and then beat for two minutes. ( that's what most boxes call for.)

I know, the hard part is letting the ice cream just sit there long enough to melt without being eaten.

    Mmm....

I am doing Atkins right now and having such wonderful luck...but as soon as I make my goal I am going to try this. This is the first "sweets" recipie that has sparked my interest in almost four months;)

    Dark chocolate cake.

    Peanut butter fudge ice cream.

    Peanut butter icing.

    What ya think?

Or chocolate cake, orange sherbert and chocolate icing with some orange flavoring....decisions...is my mind racing right now. Talk about easy and so many combinations;f

every time i think of 1-2-3 Cake it reminds me of the time that we were at a picnic and my aunt brought one. she had it in some cake pan with a handle on top. she was walking and holding it from the top handle when the bottom fell out. she just kept on walking never stopping or missing a step like "the hell with the damn cake!!!" ;f ;f

I do one, two, three bread.

    Mix:
    One can warm beer,
    Two tablespoons sugar,
    Three cups flour.

Bake in greased pan 350 degrees for an hour I think.

The time is what I am unsure of. Sorry.

The beer makes the bread rise. You can doctor it up anyway you like.
