What spare parts would you recommend keeping on hand for your Glock?
Does anyone sell an essential "spare parts kit"?
    Your thoughts or opinions?
What did you buy and where?

    Thank you.

Trigger spring, slide stop lever, slide lock spring (in this order). These all break and are inexpensive. I have broken all 3 on the G30 that I carry (>5000 rounds fired).

If you detail strip, I would also get a spare set of spring cups and a firing pin safety spring. These should last forever, but are easy to lose.

Forget magazine springs. They will weaken after many many cycles, but this will take a while for all but high volume shooters. I have a couple of thousand rounds through my main range mag, and it is still working fine.

One of every spring and pin. I like to keep and extra extractor around too. Hopefully you wont need it but some of the spring are pretty small. I spent an hour trying to find a firing pin safety spring once while stripping my slide down to clean the extractor. My main carry gun sat in a drawer for 5 day's while I waited for a new slide lock spring to show up after the original slit into 3 pieces. I know have spares.

    glockparts.com is my favorite.

At a minimum, I keep an extra recoil spring assembly in the gun safe/range bag.

great to have a spare parts kit...which is why I mentioned glockparts.com

mine are to new to require any spare parts on hand. But I have seen one gen2 G17 run thousands of rounds with only a new extractor. So I'm pretty confident that I will have no issues.

Full spring replacement kits from Glockparts.com. I also have the aforementioned spring cups 'cause those bad boys can go flying at the most inopportune time! I also bought a spare extractor that will fit all 3 of my 9mm pistols just to have on hand in case of problems.

Here's a list of fun supplies to have on hand if the situation ever arose where you'd need to "fix" or adjust your Glock:

    Marine spring cups
    3.5 lb connector
Stainless steel recoil spring assembly (RSA)
    A rubber chicken
    Pierce mag extensions
    Crimson trace laser/grip
    Extra extractor
    Extended slide lock
    Torque converter
    Extra pin set
    Replacement stainless barrel
    Competition trigger spring
    Jack hammer
    Glock night sights

I also suggest you get a Glock armorers tool or a decent punch set to help you out with all your repairs and additions

... And whatever else you stumble across that you might want to add onto your Tupperware is always fun... Enjoy and pleasant shooting! :)

While I have other parts on hand the only ones I've ever needed to replace because they were worn or broken has been the RSA (many), magazine springs (occasionally) and coil trigger spring (once).
