Many threads have abbreviations, initials and shooting terminology, that as a 'Newbie'(inexperienced in the shooting world), I am not fully understanding the true meaning of the thread. My suggestion is: 'Glock Talk' would create a thread in 'the Front office' section that would list abbreviations, initials and terminology with thier meaning. The thread would be 'closed' and any member could add to the list by sending you(Eric) a 'PM' - Personal Message and if you approved, it would be add to the list by you(Eric). Think about it!
I concur. A list and explanation of abbreviations, etc. would be nice. I think every web forum should have this. It helps the noobs get up to speed quicker.
Here, let me help you out: SA = springfield armory SA = semi-automatic SA = southern Arizona SA = Salvation Army SA = South Africa SA = South America SA = Saturday SA = Saudi Arabia SA = Secretary of the Army SA = Side Arm
David_G17, Don't forget SA(Samual Adams - the Beer). I do get your drift! The initials can mean anything you want(the poster - the postee, well??? Anyway, thanks to glock men suggesting the above web site. It helps tremendously!
In the same post, I've seen DE mean three different things: DE = Desert Eagle (Magnum Research) DE = Double Eagle (Colt) DE = Delta Elite (Colt)
