I still don't have the special "Glock Talk Contributor" signature I was suppose to get for donating, I have e-mailed you about this several times with no response so I thought I would try this route.
    -Thanks.

We need our Sig Eric! Were losing donations! We just want credit for donating, so were not in the same class as the tight ones that won't. We get our Sig's and we'll be repeat donators. I like this site, and want to keep it running!;c ;c

Hi folks. Let me chime in here for a second. The Glock Talk contributor icons that people have below their names wasn't for buying raffle tickets. These were given out for donating to Eric in spite of, and in addition to, the raffles. This was money given without any regard for winning a prize. That's why Eric thought the contributor tags would be sort of a good "prize".

The raffle is an entity into itself. That's giving money with a chance to win a prize. I just wanted to clear that up in case some of you didn't know the difference. I hope this helps with any confusion for some on why they did or didn't get a tag below their names.

With that said, good luck everyone in the raffle!^c ;) ;f

Yes I know! I did this on the donation Button. Not anything to do with the raffle. I realize the raffle is a seperate thing. I will buy raffel tickets also. The whole point is people are Donating and Not getting recognized. The raffel has nothing to do with this. In fact I could have spent my money and got tickets!

Freeze N, okay, I didn't know if everyone was aware of that. If you donated sans the raffle, then in all probability you will get the contributor tag. I wasn't sure if everyone was aware of the difference between the raffle and straight donating to get a tag.

When I saw mhanna77 write "How about that sig???? It's been a long time since that last fund raiser!!" I read into his remark that he might of thought the raffle and contributor tag were affiliated.

I apologize for any misconceptions I may of had myself.

I'm sure folks that Eric will get to it soon. Sit tight and remember to email him at webmaster@glocktalk.com about when and where you donated and give him a gentle reminder about your tag. He's been pretty busy and it's easy to forget things, especially while moving, conducting this raffle, and taking care of server problems.

    Thanks, Eddie C.

I wasn't getting excited. I have seen these complaint's before. We all (well some of us) want to see the donations come in. It's a great place, and I spend too much time here, according to the wife! Anyway thanks!

    Eddie,

I have tried to contact Eric in the past at the eric@glocktalk.com address, as he always suggests, but you have webmaster@glocktalk.com as his point of contact. Is that the super secret ninja handshake or do they both go to the same place with an equal amount of inattention?

I know it can be pretty hard to answer every single e-mail from a board as large as this. But, sometimes an "I'm too busy to answer your stupid question" is better than nothing.

Hopefully, this question doesn't get me kicked off the board. I contributed $150 to last years raffle.

G&D, both of those emails will get you through to Eric. I can't tell you the super-secret-racoon-shake-hippo-hurricane-hollar address we use. Then I'd have to kill ya. Bwahahahahahaha!;i

All kidding aside, we use those addresses too. Sometimes we have the same luck getting through to him. He's always busy. Keep trying.

I tried a PM and I think 3 e-mails over about a 3 or 4 week period. No answer. The particular situation was resolved eventually but like I said. To this day the only thing Eric has ever written directed at me was when he closed one of my threads because I posted the same question on two sections of the forum.
