GRAND RIVERS, Ky – . A Kentucky State Police trooper has been killed in the line of duty while responding to a reckless driving complaint.

Multiple media outlets report 23-year-old Eric K. Chrisman died in a collision with a tractor-trailer Tuesday.

I recall a few accidents where a blown tire caused a vehicle to go into the opposing lanes of the freeway. Or a young trooper just going faster than he could handle? RIP.

There was a single riderless horse in front of that one, which in turn was preceded by the bagpipe players.

KSP also had their air units do a flyover with in the missing man formation..at least, I assume it was that. Kinda hard to look around when standing at attention and saluting.
