Won't happen. They will be "rehabilitated" for 8 months and then the state will settle the lawsuit that the parents will bring. They will continue to break the law multiple times until they are finally booked for Felony Murder. Then they will be catered to by multiple attorneys who are going for the jugular for unfair treatment.

    Ask me how I know.

Wow. Just ridiculous. My thoughts are with his family, friends, co-workers, and community. Beyond words. 19 already? One is too many. But 19? Outrageous.

All three are in custody now. Arkansas significantly tightened up juvenile jsutice laws after the Jonesboro shootings several years ago so they may well become guests of the ADC for a really long time. Unlikely they will get the death penalty, if the Anne Pressley murder sentence is any indication. My guess is they won't be popular with the staff.

I'm guessing Arkansas could try them as adults. Hope they would as murder is a grown-up decision.

It just keeps getting better, don't it?
34 days into the new year and we're at #19. Be careful out there, at this rate, if we don't slow down, we're going to be breaking records, and not a good one either.

To the best of my knowledge the supremes have ruled juvies cannot be executed even when tried as an adult. I believe this came down a couple of years ago.
