From what I'm told ebay has a new policy when you sell something and get paid through paypal the money is held for 21 days or until the buyer leaves positive feedback as a seller that sucks as a buyer its ok buy your protected either way. I used to make extra money in college flipping cell phones on ebay and I made some pretty good money doing it but that was several years ago. What do you guys think?

I 'think' it is bogus as I've been selling gun parts all weekend and have access to the $$$ in my PayPal account to XRF to my checking, no worries.

Not "bogus". They do it randomly and mostly on sales you have made to non us buyers. It has happened to me twice this year. I sell quite a bit of our discontinued or old stock on ebay. Most recently with a winning bidder in Japan.

I've never had any PayPal funds held for transactions from overseas buyers. Then again I have over 3K transactions so the rules might be different.

I've had my last two transactions held, and this was over a year ago, so it's nothing new.
