Sweet Tomatoes/Souplantation or Fresh Choice, skip the pasta, muffins, bread, and creamy/sweet dressings.

    Eating Light?

The magazine Cooking Light is a great way to start when you get serious. Read an issue and decide.

I use a blender to whip up cottage cheese so I can substitute it for spreads, dip, etc. Mix in seasonings, garlic, whatever you like.
