i like to have frozen vegitables in the freezer all the time. they are cheap, use what you need and put the rest back, all cut up and cleaned. today i just threw in peas, corn, collyflower, chopped spinach, brocoly. i added some garlick powder, buter, salt, and a little chopped chourizo sossage (a tasty mexican sossage). i added no water. just let it cook for a while. it was damn tasty. tasted like those bird's eye brozen vegitable side-dishes.
