The spam, phishing, junk and scams in my e-mail are over whelming.

What is the best spam e-mail type fighter both free and pay type?

Is there a spam fighter than you can buy which also provides an antivirus?

I am using Eset NOD32 for my anti-virus currently but it does nothing for my email spam problem.

The best paid one is MailWasher Pro. There is a free version of it but it only monitors one email account.
