i have had a crkt m-16 for over a year,it is a good knife for the money, not the quality of the benchmade or microtech but still a very good knife for the money.

I have a CRKT M16-13 and an M21-14 and I carry and use one of them nearly every day. I paid $29 each for them, the M16 at Wal Mart and the M21 on sale at a local gun shop. You could pay a WHOLE lot more and not get nearly the knife. I used both for hunting last year - M16 was used straight from the box to remove the breasts from a couple of turkeys and the M21 field dressed a deer, including cutting the pelvic bone, then (with some help) caped and removed head, skinned and butchered. The M21 worked great from the first cut until the meat was bagged and in the cooler. I don't know what more I could get from benchmade or microtech for many times the price, but I'm pretty sure I don't need it.

I am big time fan of CRKT
For the money you get a sturdy knife.
