From what I've been able to gather on Google, I would be able to use older Glock magazines (<= Gen 3) in a Gen 4 Glock 22, provided I didn't reverse the magazine release to fit it for a lefty (which I am)? In other words, I'm 99.999% sure that Gen 3 and older Glock 22 magazines will work in a Gen 4 Glock, but was wondering what the experts take is? I'm likely going to buy my first Glock in a couple weeks, and really like the Gen 4 version. However, being only able to put Gen 4 magazines in it would be somewhat of a distractor. Thoughts?
