I got 2doz of duck eggs free. I need todo something other than just plain frying or boiling them. Anybody got any special duck egg receipes?

The person that gave them to me suggested boiling them, and then dosing them with a light parika, salt and black pepper.

Nobody here has any ideas or receipes for ducks eggs?

The ducks eggs like ostrich eggs are very tasty when compared to a plain chicken egg and I would like todo something other than fry or specially boil them , specially when the go for aabout $7.00 per dozen.

I finish my last egg tonight but kept just one for mixing into something as a chicken egg subsitute.

anybody else know of any online duck eggs suppliers? The guy that gave me these got these off his parent farm in Wisconsin who raise Roen (sp?) ducks for egg consumption.

Nope, when I was in the P.I @ clark AB and found out what that egg "with a crunch" was, it turned me off. And I never had the balls to even it try it.

Now you give me that pa' chit (sp?), lumpia, Jack fruit or your broil fish, now you are talking some good food.

    ;)
