He is probably one that has reached the level of "no accountability"................so it will be a ho hum.
I have often wondered how one reaches the level of no accountability, have seen it in play everywhere I worked.

I worked for a contract manager once, a drunk, he got by for quite a few years with his antics...................until finally he practically assaulted a woman during a company event, of course he was drunk and had been called down earlier for his behavior......................the company finally fired him.

Heh...I worked for a DoD contractor many years ago, and at one of our Christmas parties, this older gentleman was hitting on all the young ladies and basically making a spectacle of himself. He was completely hammered. He didn't have to worry about getting fired, though, because he was the Chairman of the Board. LOL

Obama has nothing to do with this one.

When you pick up a hooker and leave your **** out in the open bad things happen. Period.

OPR will make a nice tasty feast out of this one.

My wife's boss has reached that point. Can do no wrong. Not only does he get away with doing nothing, he screws with people and kills productivity just to blame his employees. But he only runs a regional field office. They are transferring everyone to the home office in another state. I predict he will be fired in a year. He won't be able to get away with his crap with the C level folks just down the hall.

How do people get to these levels?

It's fairly easy to "hide" and collect a paycheck for many years in a big corporation.

    $6,000? That's bottom of the line nowadays. I paid $820 in 1985.

Heck, even I know that the watch, wallet, gun and cash other than the bar tab go in the safe or lock box before you go out for hookers.

Absolutely no idea, but there are a bunch of them.

It does my heart good every once in a while when someone at the bottom of the food chain finds a way to get away with it.

There was a guy on one of the largest construction jobs I've ever worked on who could be seen around the site, carrying a clip board and a set of plans. Every so often you would see him with them rolled out, and measuring something with a tape.

Come to find out, he worked for a temporary service as a laborer and had managed to get paid for several months for just wandering around the job site.

The inverse of this is, just found out two of my former co workers were laid off yesterday, along with their entire department. They were on a COE job for almost a year and missed a deadline because the head of their department is incompetent, ignored repeated requests for solutions to problems discovered, played the blame game daily and had finally reached the point he could no longer keep the truth from being discovered.

So of course, everyone gets fired, except him.

Yep. A lot of crooked and incompetent folks were elevated in government these past eight years for nothing more than their politics. The FBI needs a thorough overhaul.
