I just watched a show called "Undercover Boss" This show Coby Brooks the CEO of Hooters went undercover to see what's all goin on in the restaurants. He seemed like a hell of a nice guy and seems to care a hell of a lot for his employees, not many company's seem to care anymore..

    It was pretty good.

Said he was originally gonna be a cop.

Then his dad said I want you to run the company

I think he wories more about his people than the money

Dang I was gonna watch that, maybe they'll have a re-run. The guy on last week for WasteManagement seemed to be a stand up guy as well. He even gave one of the ladies he met a promotion, took her off hourly and gave her a salary and told her to hire someone to help her. Then at one of the recycling centers the employees were only allowed 30 min. for lunch and if they didn't clock in right on 30 min they got docked 2 min for every 1 min they were late. The CEO had that manager up to his office and told him that had to change. Overall, a real good guy.

I believe that ANY company CEO ought to get out in the field and work with/talk with his/her employees several times a year. Just do it without the camera crew. I can't believe that the people that were profiled didn't know that they were in a "reality" show. The garbage truck driver and his new "assistant" driving to their next pick-up with enough lights in the cab to light a small city, come on!

Did the Toy Yoda incident come up?

The 7-11 episode has a real nice outcome.

How bout the fat turd that had those hotties eat a plate of beans. I would've shoved a #10 can of those up his arse. I can't believe he kept his job.

Can you imagine TODAY how that Manager feels after last night's airing. Even though the footage is a little old, the whole subject and the national viewing of that has to be embarrassing.
