In the past I have only been able to do one double under and than I'd trip the rope up and have to start over. Today while screwing around in the garage, I picked my rope up and did double unders without having to stop the rope. Sure, I had to do 5 to 10 single unders between double unders, but I kept the rope going.

Very good! You'll probably be doing repeated DUs in no time. I love DUs, but they seem to hurt my knee. One doesn't have to be very quick. It's more a matter of timing.
